Gabriella Martinez (aka Rose stabs) is a Los Angeles based illustrator and tattoo artist. Gabby was born and raised in Los Angeles and did formal art school training at Laguna College of Art and Design. She has interned at  Saved La tattoo shop in DTLA and begun tattooing at the age of 18. Her subject matter is based in religion, philosophy, and history throughout different cultures of tattooing. She specializes in American traditional with a modern twist, Spanish symbolism, ornamental, and  Japanese tattooing. Her illustration and fine art background can be seen through her oil paintings, watercolor works, and mural paintings, all inspiration  deriving from hinduism, chicano, puerto rican, chilean, spanish, and european culture. Gabriella strives to continuously learn new subjects and history through different ranges of culture, folklore, history, and astronomy. She has many interests in this world but the main interests are connecting with humans and forming a healing connection for people who look to be tattooed with a spiritual experience or are looking for art that will connect with their soul forever. Her goal is to bring people in touch back to their inner child and to tap into their divine energy.
